1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Elovio (the "Service"), operated by Elovio inc., based in Montréal (Québec), Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Elovio is a SaaS platform allowing merchants to send SMS and email invitations to solicit Google reviews from customers, and to filter negative reviews before they are published.
3. Account and Subscription
Signup includes a free trial (14 days, or 30 days via referral). After the trial, your monthly subscription renews automatically based on your chosen plan (Solo, Multi or Network), billed via Stripe. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to: (a) send invitations only to customers who have interacted with your business; (b) comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and obtain required consent; (c) not use the Service for spam, illegal or misleading content; (d) not attempt to bypass technical or security limits.
5. Intellectual Property
All Service elements (code, design, brand) belong to Elovio. The data and reviews collected via your account remain yours.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Elovio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a specific outcome in reviews collected. Our maximum liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with reasonable notice when possible.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the Montréal district.
