2. Data Collected
- Account: first name, last name, email, business name, language.
- Billing: via Stripe (we do not store your card details).
- Invited customers: phone number and/or email entered by you to send invitations.
- Usage: technical logs, IP address, browser type, for security and improvement.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to: provide the Service, manage your subscription, send invitations to your customers on your behalf, send you transactional emails, prevent fraud and improve the platform.
4. Legal Basis
Contract performance (Québec Law 25, PIPEDA), consent for optional marketing communications, and legitimate interest for security.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We use strictly necessary processors: Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS). No data is sold to third parties.
6. Retention
Account data: retained while your account is active, plus 24 months after closure for legal obligations. Billing data: 7 years (tax obligation).
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete or export your data anytime by writing to info@avispresto.com. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
8. Security
TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control (RLS), secure authentication.
